YFM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPOINTMENTS

**12-Hour Cancellation Policy**YFM understands that plans can change unexpectedly, and YFM strives to accommodate my clients' needs to the best of my abilities. However, to ensure the efficient scheduling YFM services and to respect the time of both my clients and me, YFM implemented a 12-hour cancellation policy.

**Policy Details:**

1. **Cancellations:** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, YFM kindly ask that you provide at least a 12 hours' notice. This allows YFM to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of my services.

2. **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. In such cases, you may reschedule your appointment. For returning clients, you may reschedule your late cancelled appointments at any time, but If you miss the first rescheduled appointment, due to late cancellation, you will be charged a fee for $75. For potential new clients you may reschedule your late cancellation appointment only once. If you miss your rescheduled your appointment, due to late cancellation, YFM will not meet with you to talk about taking you on as a potential client.

3. **How to Cancel:** To cancel or reschedule your appointment please use the email sent to you when you made the appointment.

4. **Exceptions:** YFM understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you encounter a genuine emergency that prevents you from providing the required notice, please let YFM know as soon as possible. We will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.

5. **No-Shows:** If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be subject to the same cancellation fee as late cancellations.If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please feel free to reach out to YFM via email or through your secure client portal
